Excellent customer service. Contacted the team explaining a secateur issue and had a new pair sent out immediately. So glad I got these lovely tools for my big birthday, it's luxury gardening with them.

Good tools and excellent customer service

I am part of a small volunteer group making improvements to a local park. We have a number of Burgon & Ball tools which all do good service. One of our rakes broke. B&B replaced it without any hesitation despite it being well over three years old and without our being able to produce proof of purchase after that long. Good tools and excellent service.

No quibble replacement on a lifetime guarantee

A tine snapped off my 3 year old digging fork last week. I emailed some photos of the problem and received a new fork by courier just 2 days later. What brilliant customer service.

Some years ago i bought a border fork which has been in regular use, a favourite tool. When it broke recently I emailed some photos of it to B & B who without quibble sent a replacement, received the following day. Very pleased with their response.

Excellent customer service

Bought a spade about 4-6 months ago & over the weekend the blade bent, annoying as I didn't have a receipt anymore & not bought directly. However customer service has been excellent and a replacement was on its way to me in a matter of hours.

My B&B rake got damaged...

My B&B rake got damaged and without any quibble I was informed that it would be replaced. Excellent service from an excellent company. In these throwaway days of mass production and low quality, thank Goodness firms like B&B are still here. I shall definitely continue to purchase their high quality goods.

I received a trowel set as a gift but unfortunately one item was missing. I received an immediate email response from Nancy, Sales Administrator, and a replacement set was sent out without delay. A shame that an initial packing error had been made, but I was pleased with the customer service to rectify it.

I had a digging fork and the tines had bent badly. Despite the fact that I could not recall where I originally bought the fork, B&B kindly replaced it under their terms of guarantee. The replacement was delivered to my door within a few days. Very good service, I would say.
