Amazing customer service and great product

Expensive and very low quality. I bought a new dinner jacket, after about 30 mins of wearing it the pocket ripped when I went to put my phone in the pocket. Contacted customer service who refused to refund, arguing that the tear must have been something else… I accept that it’s essentially my word against there’s so I won’t get far, but very disappointed.
