Terrible customer service. I talked to two different customer service reps that were less than helpful. I worked to try to exchange a suit that I bought with them and they did not want to help at all. They insisted that I ordered a "size 40" while I would never order a size 40 because I am a size 32. I would never order from this company again as they are dishonest and not helpful people.

Excellent service as always

Very bad customer service experience. I ordered the product one size smaller and exchanged it and I was contacted that it was out of stock, despite the desired size being available at the website. I had to re-order the size I wanted online, because the agent I spoke to could not assist.

Great service and I love the shirts. Perfect fit!

I bought a fitted shirt which arrived beautifully however, I’m a size 14 but was far to tight around the chest. I replaced it with a 16 which fits perfect and still sits fitted. Is lovely quality but my advise is to try the next size up.
