Everyone is helpful and friendly but I've had a pretty terrible experience with my guitar from here. Firstly, it wasn't grounded properly, so I took it back and asked them to have a look. I was told that everything looked fine but nothing had changed and I still had noise coming from a poor ground connection. I took the guitar back again and they finally found where it wasn't grounded and fixed it. Later on, I noticed that the signal kept dropping out periodically when I changed pickup positions. I took the guitar back and they cleaned out the pickup selector, which only solved the problem temporarily. Eventually, after another clean, we resolved to replace the pickup selector. This solved the problem for a few months but recently the very same problem has resurfaced and my signal will drop out and starting crackling. I understand every guitar can have their issues from the factory but I'm disappointed by how the problems either weren't diagnosed properly or have failed to be fixed by the techs.

The good people at the Rock Inn called me within a few minutes of my purchase to clarify my details (there was an error in my address). Then my purchase was posted the same day as purchase. Excellent customer service! A big thank you from this satisfied customer.
