I believe the service was first class but i have not received my product yet i was told it is in A1 condition so i will go on that.

There were a few bumps like my guitar being sent back for some reason but I guess it wasn't their fault but the customer service was really friendly.

I bought a used guitar from The Rock Inn and the service was excellent. The item shipped immediately and they added a nice little courtesy pack with some picks, a cleaning cloth, and a string winder.
