Jamie, Lee and the Rock Inn crew couldn’t have been more helpful. After putting aside a used instrument for me before travelling up to Perth, upon playing it we discovered the tone control on the P Bass didn’t work! The boys tried a few quick fixes, but to no avail.. Undeterred, Lee worked his magic on it the following morning and the deal was quickly done - with all the additional time/effort to get a relatively inexpensive, used bass guitar working not charged for!😀 Thanks to everyone at the Rock Inn for going above and beyond. I am so happy I bought my bass from here! The bass was shipped a day after I ordered it (delivery took about 2 weeks but I live in Sydney so understandable for a large package) and came in great condition. I was nervous about buying something so expensive online but it came exactly as described on the website. Everything was packaged really neatly and I even got some extra stuff like picks and a cool sticker.
