Guitar neck needed slight adjustment and better set up, frets good. Gold top is very nice and now plays great. Epiphone have picked up their game, this guitar reminds me of an old Gibson BFG I previously owned in the terms of build quality, no need to spend the extra 1K now, Alnico 5's have great power and punch, with the coil tap's on this guitar it can play pretty much anything you can throw at it!

Ordered a second hand amplifier. The amplifier had been sold in-store the previous day. My money was refunded back to me before the situation was explained. I had to email to find out what was going on. I personally would have rather been contacted before the money was refunded.

I love the fuzz pedal I got. However, it arrived to me in an open box that was in a large/loose non-padded post bag. Opening the post bag caused the pedal to fall out of its box. When I mail pedals to people I put the pedal in it’s box, wrap in bubble wrap, tape it, then into a post bag or cardboard box. P.S - After receiving a swift reply from The Rock Inn I believe that my less-than-ideal packaging issue was an aberration from their usual packaging quality. I trust that I’ll buy online from The Rock Inn again.
