Zero Gravity is hugely impactful

Zero Gravity has been hugely impactful over the last 5 years, from supporting my ambition to study at the University of Oxford to giving me an internship at the end of my first year at university which gave me great career exposure. Since then I have continued to learn from Zero Gravity, developed as a mentor having had 2 students be accepted to the University of Oxford, and hugely benefitted from the support and coverage Zero Gravity gave when I graduated from the University of Oxford.

Empowering students to reach for the stars

Zero Gravity's commitment to social mobility and making top university and career choices viable for students who otherwise may not feel empowered to apply is astonishing. Having been a mentor for almost two years at this stage, I am proud to have helped my mentees get into universities they will be proud to attend. I've been matched with a careers mentor myself, and the help he's provided is invaluable in navigating the ever-changing job market. I highly recommend Zero Gravity to anyone looking to make a difference in the lives of deserving students and contribute to a more equitable future.

Since the day I’ve joined Zero Gravity

Since the day I’ve joined Zero Gravity, I’ve always received so much support from the community of Sixth Form and uni students. Without the help and constant guidance from my mentor and the ZG community, I wouldn’t have been able to come this far and make it to university to pursue my dream course! I can’t wait to see how much Zero Gravity grows and the countless numbers of individuals it empowers!

Diverse and Supportive Community!

I love how ZeroGravity is an inclusive and diverse community where people from many different stages of their academic careers come together to support one another, this not only helps to boost confidence but also helps many with deciding what to do with their future, which I think is amazing

Amazing platform

I have had 23 sessions with my mentor, who studies at Cambridge, completely free of charge. She is really kind and I don’t think I would have been able to get in without her. We did interview prep and she had even been able to help me with my A-Levels which is so generous. Everyone at Zero Gravity (staff and students) are really understanding and it’s great that they know that students like me exist, and concentrate them onto a great platform that will support me through to my career!

Zero Gravity is a fantastic opportunity!

The amount of support is phenomenal. In a state school, the teachers have limited ability to give advice to students individually, and careers advisors are almost always fully-booked. I had a lot of questions about UCAS, specific universities, personal statements, and all that is soon bound to come. This platform, as well as my mentor have helped me to feel in-control about the next year, and I feel confident that there is always someone who can help me when I need it.

Fantastic

The Zero Gravity Mentorship scheme single-handedly transformed my UCAS. I went to a school with no uni admissions help at all, and with zero gravity I have been able to attend a top Russell Group uni. I am also a zero gravity scholar - this scholarship has helped me cover travel costs and the cost of academic supplies, my uni gym membership and has really taken off any financial stresses. The platform is easy to use, and the ability to help other students is so useful.

Zero Gravity shaped my UCAS application

When I was in college, my Zero Gravity mentor made me realise that biomedicine was my passion, as opposed to biology - I didn’t realise what biomedicine actually was until this point. She also pushed me to read outside my a-level studies, and really helped my confidence and science communication skills, all of which landed me a spot at a top uni.

An excellent platform

A platform where no one is afraid of asking questions and plenty of members who are there to answer any questions, worries. Mentoring is amazing, helps people to develop a lot of skills. Has helped me a lot!

I highly recommend Zero gravity!

Zero gravity has provided me with a comfortable space to share my goals and intentions with people that have similar interests and has helped shape my decision making. It has also provided a helpful supportive mentor and an AI that was useful in university research.
