The team, particularly Mia Grantham have been extremely helpful and resolved my query quickly. I had been put on the wrong tax code and was paying emergency tax. After speaking with the team, they sorted it directly with HMRC to get my on to the correct tax code and ensured that any rebate owed would be paid in the next pay packet. They also kept me updated throughout.
