I've been with Umbrella.co.uk for nearly 2 years and have never had a single issue with weekly payroll, they have been swift, efficient and reliable. I love that weekly text letting me know I have been paid! My most recent experience with Ashley Andrew has been excellent, she responded super-quickly to my query, resolved it straight away and checked in to ensure I was fully satisfied with her service. Mia responded to my request within 1½ hours and provided a detailed explanation of the procedures that were followed. Her exceptional turnaround time and the attention to detail applied reminded me of the fact that Umbrella.co.uk has consistently offered me a high quality service. I did a lot of contracting and temping in 2022 and was at the mercy of several payroll and umbrella company service providers and this makes me a decent judge of the quality of Umbrella.co.uk's work.

There isn’t much in it, money-wise when it comes to using an umbrella company. I only opted for this company as (name removed) promised that he would waive the company's margin for my first week if I signed up. He didn’t and he has ignored my emails since. Other than a small cinema discount the perks at work hold no benefit/value. They do however pay me on time. **Updated** following this review, I was contacted to rectify the margin fee week and informed my emails were missed.
