Salesman David was very helpful, flooring price was best I could find. Shipping fast. A few boxes were damaged in shipping. Regal Floor managed claim with shipper.

But, because Alphonso had been so helpful and professional the first time I felt comfortable calling him back when I was ready to buy at the end of October. Easy to work with and I got the product very fast

I found the tile I wanted online on the Regal Floor Coverings website and the price was lower than previous offers. The order process was very easy. I would purchase tile from Regal again.

The sales rep., David, was very patient and spent a lot of time, sent pictures to help with selection. If the tile is as I think it will be, I plan to purchase another order to finish tiling the whole house.
