The sales person, David was very helpful in finding enough of a discontinued flooring. Not only was he able to get the amount that I needed he got a good price. I received the order in ten days of purchase.

And this is only because there are no "0" stars to give. The salesperson was the absolute worst! I run a small business and I am a professional who deals with the public and with my clients every day, I was disturbed by his attitude. He was telling me I was trying to do something that I clearly wasn't. And he lied to my face. He was impossible to work with, but nonetheless, I held my tongue even after I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he told me that " he was out." He never checked. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. and all the referrals I would have made to your company, I'll be sure to tell whoever asks "please find another supplier if they want the same product" I purchased over 880 sq ft of wood from a salesperson who didn't deserve the sale.

Love the product. Was told by RFC to ship earlier than I really needed due to pandemic impacts on freight. Had 6 boxes left over. When I called to return 6 boxes was told it was 18 days past the 30 day return policy. I asked why they could not make an exception due to the pandemic impacts like all other suppliers were doing. Was told No Exceptions. I guess they are more money hungry (Greedy) than concerned about Customer Satisfaction. I purchased 58 boxes of the flooring. Only needed to return 6.

So happy with my floor purchase. Brian helped me get a great price on a high quality LVP that I couldn't be more excited about. Above and beyond great customer service and competitive pricing.

This is my second order with Regal Floor Coverings, both have been outstanding. Of course one is concerned when ordering floor tile online from a new entity. However from sales thru delivery and now with a claim, they have done an outstanding job with communication. To sum it up, communocation, fair pricimg and performanceormance has been my experience
