I will be recommending Regal Floor Coverings to my family and friends. The Regal salesman was prompt in answered my questions and knew the product I was looking for. He was able to get me a better price that any other company I had researched. I am extreamly pleased with this purchase.

For starters, they always answer the phone. No matter who answers, they are helpful and knowledgeable. They were efficient and friendly while assisting me to get the product I needed, even though it meant contacting the manufacturer and essentially cutting themselves out of the deal. They probably didn't make any money off me, but that didn't stop them from being helpful and friendly.

I ordered flooring from Regal Flooring (Leo) and they were awesome, especially given the fact that it was the end of the day on New Year’s Eve. They also told me about a special that ended up saving me a lot of money. Nice to know that there are still companies out there with great customer service.
