Ich hatte ein Trikot bestellt und hatte mich im Bestellprozess schon gefragt, wie ein DHL Porto von 19,99 Euro zustande kommen kann. Aber na gut, man kann auch Hermes oder dpd wählen und zahlt 3,99 Euro. Was mich aber wirklich gestört hat, sind die erzwungenen Rücksendekosten von 8,99 Euro (!) die anfallen, wenn man Artikel (egal welchen Warenwertes; bei mir >75€) zurücksenden möchte. Wenn man dies transparent kommuniziert, dann ist das Teil der Kaufentscheidung. Aber wenn dies so versteckt wie hier geschieht und auf allen Unterseiten mit "30 Tage einfache Rückgabe" & "Zufrieden oder Geld zurück" wirbt, dann erscheint es mir eher wie absichtliche Irreführung. Ich würde von einer Bestellung abraten und stattdessen bei bewährten Händlern in Deutschland bleiben! Edit: Habe nach der Antwort unten nochmal Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen. Haben aber überhaupt nicht auf Kritik der fehlenden Transparenz reagiert. Verweis auf ihre eigene AGB und Firmensitz in Spanien. Das war’s.

Ordered boots on Sunday 7th . Site quickly contacted me saying it would arrive on Wednesday 10th. It is now nearly Saturday 13th and product is yet to arrive.

Not only did my order take a week to be delivered, it was also not the product we thought we ordered. After paying 3,99 for the delivery, I did not get the option to exchange the product. Instead I was told to return the product for another 8,99, and then place a new order where I then would have to pay another 3,99 for delivery. The lower price for the product is not worth it and does in no way make up for the lack of service you should expect of a webshop.

Tras hacer un pedido el pasado 28/03 me da hoy por escribir en qué situación se encuentra mi pedido porque lo quiero para un regalo y la fecha de entrega era entre el 3-4 de abril según se me informó al hacer el pedido. Hasta hoy no he recibido ningún email por parte de esta empresa, y al escribir yo a atención al cliente por WhatsApp me comunican que mi pedido se encuentra "con retraso o con rotura de stock" Es decir, no informan a sus clientes de las incidencias. Ahora no sé aún cuándo lo recibiré (si es que lo recibiré) y sin margen de buscar el artículo en cualquier otra plataforma. Número de pedido: 47282824 Así no se hacen las cosas, hay que informar para que el cliente tenga margen de actuación. Totalmente insatisfecha, no recomiendo a nadie la compra en esta plataforma.
