The quality is awful. Don’t waste your money. The return policy is an absolute joke. I plan on pursuing this further from a regulatory compliance standpoint. This brand lacks any ethics.

The worst! Terrible quality and even worse customer service. They don’t allow returns for a refund just store credit. What a scam!

I ordered Casual Floral Print Ruffles Mini Dress from Boho Beach Hut. Item was described as puffy sleeves, tassle, 100% rayon. What I got is a cheap replica from China, 100% polyester, no tassels, sleeves are flat, no give in material. Looks like a pasily curtain. How can they sell items not as described and get to keep your money. Never again, I want to cry.

One of the worst sights I have ever shopped. My dress came without a belt. I needed it for a party so I ordered it again thinking it would come correct that I would reach out and let them know what happened. No, they sent another dress without the belt and then refuses to pay the return shipping on the first one. I reached out to let them know that I did not receive them with the belt, so I was forced to buy something else. Instead of giving me a paid return label they sent me two belts. I don't think I should have to pay return shipping on two drees that I did not get to use. They would rather send me two belts and pay shipping on them then give me, the customer, a paid return label. So much for customer service. Now I get to see if they will refund me my money.

This people shroud not be in business, they refuse to let you return a merchandise. You will get stuck with something it did not fit you, you better get things from Walmart them from this people.

Don't shop here. Fabric is cheap n u can't return. Horrible products

The quality of these clothes is absolutely horrible. I received some of my order directly from China. They portray their company to be this cool California vibe company but believe me you are being totally catfished. It's junk from China. The real items look nothing like what you see online. Plus I did not read the small print and did not know you cannot return your items for a refund. All returns are store credit so you're stuck with their terrible clothes no matter what you do. It's an awful scam.

OMG i wish i had seen these reviews before I ordered. Bikini received. Hygiene strip attached. Wanted to return but they do not accept swimwear/lingerie returns. Return address is USA. Will cost alot from UK. Waiting for 2 other items. Fingers crossed but will not use them again

Do not order! I repeat do not order from this company. They are not a legitimate company out of Reno, NV all their clothing is out of China take 4 weeks to receive the quality is horrendous for the price. You can order better quality from Temu or Shein at least they are upfront about their company not hiding behind a computer on their location. You will not be refunded you money only offered and instore credit only to receive clothing sizes that does not match the size chart at all. If I could scream this louder I would but I will post about this company on my facebook page.

Says delivered but I have nothing. Told me to contact the post office. Post office says contact them. Just a big circle & no merchandise. Don’t order!!!! SCAM!!!
