Poor quality garment. No refund policy. Only gives store credit

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews here until after I clicked order! It took 3 weeks for my dress to come and it was such poor quality! It appears to be a pretty white lace cotton sundress in the picture. When it finally arrived it was a white nylon slip. The quality was horrible and it was much shorter than the picture. the full price was over $100 sale price I paid was $58, still not even worth $19.99! Don’t be duped by this company the pictures look way better then the items and return policy is only store credit with customer paying the return shipping fee. I didn’t even return it because I will never order anything else from this company.

I waited 24 days for my apparel to arrive. When it did, it looked nothing like the pictures. Material was flimsy and cheap and had a strong smelly odor. This was definitely made in a cheap factory in china. Not worth 80 a garment should be in a bargain bin for 99 cents. Shame on boho I wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before purchasing. Sad I didn’t I feel bad for the next customer being tricked into buying from this company.

I really wish I saw these reviews before ordering anything. I was under the impression the company was US owned but i was very mistaken. Nothing arrived as it looked or fit well. Now i find out NO REFUND, just a credit for more of their garbage. They give you 45 days from purchase, but it takes weeks to arrive.

If I could give this website store BohoBeachhut.com negative I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - it is a scam. It is “supposedly” based out of Nevada but they import their clothes from China and who knows where else. The site made the clothes look incredibly cute and well made. Well I was purchasing some items here for a Caribbean vacation and it took over a month to receive my clothes. Every single item was a joke. $39.95 shorts looked like $3 shorts. In fact I ordered 2 pair in different colors, same size and oh my God, they weren’t mediums. One must have been XXL and the other one had no tag. The navy blue romper was cheap. Very poorly made quality and every size was off. When I fought to get my money back they said, “Store credit only.” I kept persisting - because NO WAY WOULD I EVER USE THIS CREDIT. Finally after a month of email exchanges (which I still have with Xiara at the Zen Support Desk) finally said the returns center would let me return the clothes with a 15% restocking fee. Since I spent $450 ( like a fool) I figured it was better than store credit. So I returned the clothes (some did not even come in any packaging) and I waited another 2 weeks. Finally they gave me $353.18 back. Well they did not return the sales tax which is another scam. If they said less the sales tax and 15% then fine - it was in an agreement. But now I got screwed out of another $22. Since it cost over $40 to ship it back I feel like I got really screwed. No wonder they say “store credit only.” How they are still in business is beyond me. Buyer Beware- do not shop here. You will be disappointed and then it is a nightmare to get money back and you take a loss. I fought hard. I am pissed to say the least because they get away with it.

Do not purchase from this company!! The dress is horrible, extremely cheap material and the company will not issue refunds. SCAM.

Like all the other reviewers here the dresses I received were extremely poor quality (and I am not a picky person) The material was scratchy and stiff, unlike any material I have ever felt. And then of course the icing on the cake was they only give store credit for returns. One of the dresses they offered no return on! Now I'm wishing they had a beach towel of something safe to use the stupid gift card on, because I will not order any clothing item and be stuck with doing this again!!!!!

Sizes are inaccurate and returns are only for credit and very difficult to do.

I have had so much fun shopping at Boho Beach Hut - the clothes are amazing and just yesterday I wore a black maxi dress for Easter and got so many compliments!

Like so many others, I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase. I received my order this afternoon and I immediately threw everything in the trash. Not one thing I received looked anything like I purchased. I am so disgusted with myself for not doing my due diligence and researching the company before spending money here. Buyer beware!
