Item looks nothing like the picture. Can only get a store credit. No refunds

Both items that I ordered were way too small and of low quality. I will NOT purchase from this site again and would warn others against it as well. A total waste of money. Ugh!

Fraud it’s false advertisement…. I received my order late and the dress looks nothing like the photo it looks very cheap.

The delivery was very late and I had to track the package to the post office to receive. Once received I found the product( cover up) way too small and I am a true medium. Material was poor quality and the price was expensive for what I received at $45.00. I am in the process of returning but having difficulty getting the return information. Never again with this company.

FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL LIVE YOU HANGING , MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED 500 MILES SOUTH FROM MY ADDRESS. I WAS TOLD IT IS NO LONGER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY SINCE IT WAS SHIPPED. YOU MUST SEE OTHER REVIEWS. 8 Months later 01/09/25 they responded to my review and blaming carrier for their lack of ability to run a business. Pathetic.

They failed to deliver all items purchased. I keep inquiring about item pending and they keep saying there is nothing they can do because it was delivered already in which its false information. I keep calling their phone number and they NEVER return phone calls. They basically took my money and kept it, since they are refusing to deliver item missing. DO NOT purchase from Boho Beach HUT. The quality is poor for the items received and good luck in receiving all items because they are sneaky. They keep telling me to contact carrier but the package did not have carrier name and they refuse to provide carrier information.

Very poor quality. Poor fit. Returns are only accepted for store credit. As if I want any of their cheap crap!

Absolutely false advertising, junk product and can only get store credit for more crap with a return. The pics look nothing like what you receive in a cheap, plastic wrap from China. What a joke.

This clothing is primarily junk. All made in China of interior fabric. I have had to return almost everything I have purchased.

The worst company. No returns wirh refunds. Awful quality. The dress could have fit as a large king sheet. I’m a 6. It was a terrible feel also
