Poor quality clothing.

Please please beware. This is a factory in china making terrible quality products WITHOUT A REFUND POLICY. You can only get a store credit even if the product is damaged like mine was. BOHO calls it a refund but it is not, it's a store credit. The product that arrived was NOTHING like the pictures and it arrived 7 weeks after i ordered it. The envelope was damaged and the product was very sheer and not at all like the pictures. I hope this review helps buyers beware. I have reported this company to the BBB over the site not explaining they do not have a refund policy, they have a store credit policy which to me would have been a red flag. 1/6/2025 As an update to your response. It took someone over a year to respond to this review only to gaslight me? Please understand, it took me countless MONTHS with my credit card company and reporting BOHO to the BBB to get a refund. Hopefully in this past year your refund policy was updated to provide a REFUND, not a store credit. Please do not patronize me like i didn't understand the policy. My review stands as truth, if it takes a year to get a response and you have to fight the charges on your credit card to get a full refund and that is your policy, great, keep up the good work but i for one hold true to my warning. Terrible product and horrendous service.

I should have read these reviews .. the shoes I ordered were a full size smaller and they were so cheaply made.. like 10 bucks worth of quality not the 50 bucks I Paid. Never again will I order from them .. I would give zero stars.

Ordered December 12 a bathing suit for my wife 17 days later it arrived. The top for the bikini was the wrong one, 10 days letter still no repalcement nor update. Instead of shipping me a new top, they wanted a picture, sent three then they wanted the original shipping bag which I had thrown away! The picture on the website does not match what I ordered! The bikini was a set meaning it had both the top and bottom so how did this get messed up? This firm is virtual, with no inventory, no support both remote and order everything as it all comes from the mfg. NEVER order from here! Venus has better quality and less.

The item pictured was not what was sent. I instantly contacted them with pictures of the expectation vs reality and was stuck with an obscenely unhelpful person offering me a store credit. They finally agreed to refund me my item IF I shipped it back to them at my own cost and IF they deemed the item unworn - they laboured this point multiple times so I reminded them my photo was of me wearing the item to show the discrepancy in their advert vs the incredibly cheap terrible fitting item they sent. The rep became obstreperous at that point and accused me of taking offence to their message rather than addressing my very real concern that they would charge me to ship it, deem it ‘worn’ by some unpublished standard they would not explain and then refuse the refund and charge me to return it to me ‘per their policy’. They are a fraudulent company advertising items and selling cheap replicas. They claim to be California based but a small amount of digging shows they are a front for cheap Chinese knock offs. I have reported them for breach of trading standards and consumer rights so buyers beware. As I kept the item for evidence in my case I decided to wash it to see what happened, the ‘knitted’ top instantly bobbled all over and just shows what absolute appalling quality it is. They are overpriced, they are a scam and they have zero interest in doing right by the consumer. Everyone needs to report them until they are shut down and can no longer scam consumers out of their money. They should be ashamed of their criminal behaviour. ** edit 11 Jan 2025 ** It has taken until 2025 for the company to send a response, however it is misleading and not accurate. I ended up having to open a dispute with my credit card issuer who conducted a full investigation and refunded me the cost of the item after Boho Beach Hut failed to respond. The item was not returned and the company did not issue me a refund, my card issuer did. I still have a full copy of the zendesk ticket I am happy to copy and paste here to reveal the truth of the matter should they continue to misrepresent what actually transpired.

Pretty much shocked at the differences between the pictures of the products online compared to the actual products delivered. My wife was also shocked and disappointed. For one, the images all clearly suggest the items are tapered. They are in fact, boxy and as my wife put it, "frumpy". Upon attempting to return the items, they DO have reasonable rules, BUT will only issue store credit. This does not even address the fact that the items were received 4 days after X-Mas. I have no desire to order and receive more items that are not actually what is pictured. Just return my money.

Very deceptive , pics if product and what was delivered are horrible!! Cheap looking , poor quality , seriously borderline fraud . I am so disgusted by what I paid for and what arrived. Like I said AWFUL - this review was 2 years ago and you're just now 2025 replying? Those things were in thee trash 2 days after I got them PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP ONLINE HERE

Update- I did eventually receive my order and it was so cheaply made and way too small for the size I ordered. I emailed the company asking for a return authorization and a refund… no response. Lost $60!! Ordered from this company and my package has been sitting in some international country since 12/14. The tracking doesn’t indicate which country it’s coming from. I also looked up the address they provided on here for this. Company, Vista Blvd 5245 Suite 167 89436 Sparks…. It’s a UPS store. This is not a great way to run a business. I will give an update if I ever receive my merchandise.

This is a Chinese scam. Order took a month to get here. Clothes were nothing like the pics on line. I got them as presents and I don't think they will fit and there isn't even a tag to indicate the front or back!!!! I ordered two sweaters as Christmas gifts. It was taking so long I ordered something similar from American Eagle. They both got here the same day!!!! Night and day difference in quality. The Boho Beach Hut crap looks like it was made in a sweat shop by children. It also smelled like airplane fuel!!! Total crap.

Do Not order from this company. I returned a dress a month ago. Never got my money back. The clothes are also cheap material. Please don't make the mistake I made.
