The clothing is cheap junk. The return policy is you can return the cheap junk but you will not get a refund. All you will get is a credit for more cheap junk

I should have read these reviews before purchasing, received something completely different and wrote many messages requesting refund and they refuse and give store credit for more trash. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Only because there is no zero. These people are deceptive they continue to send emails regarding it in transit!! Yea in transit in China terrible site terrible people avoid at all costs ordered 11/12/23 promising 7 day delivery we’ll it’s 12/15/23 and tracking says in transit no country nothing!! Bad site

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a blouse for my wife. The color and design do not match the website. The return policy only allows for store credit and there is not avenue to get your money back. Clearly this is done because they know there will be massive returns and no recourse to get your money. I regret having even looked at this site let alone placing an order!

If I could give zero stars, I could. After 7 weeks, my dress order still hadn't come. I reached out to customer service, they told me that it had in fact been delivered, and that I should reach out to my local post office to fid out what happened (ha!). I told them there are literally hundreds of "local post offices" in my area, and I wouldn't even know where to begin, and that I expected a full refund since I never received the item. I never heard back from them.

If there were zero stars to review this company, that’s what they would get. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. The clothes are poorly made. Missed sized. But most importantly, there is no way to return these items everything that you purchase will only be returned for an Insta credit to buy more of their crap.

Ordered pants 2 pair if your average height of 5'4 or up, these pants are made for petite people, they are above my ankles. The sizes are incorrect, i also purchased two sweaters, both are cheap and one of them was shipped with holes in each of the sleeves, they wont let me return it because it was a final sale. I didnt purchase something with holes. The other one will likely fall apart in the wash..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. oh and their return policy... is a joke, you dont get your money back, they give you store credit for more crappy stuff! what a joke . please save yourself the headache, .. all of their stuff is in fact out of china.... and shipping takes weeks.....

This is the cheapest looking clothing I’ve ever seen. They looked nothing like the pictures total rip off. Honestly I think it’s a scam.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Just another Chinese scam store, photos and address are misleading. Should be consumer fraud. Returns for merchandise credit only. Sizes are not correct, quality extremely poor. Do not get taken. Avoid!!!

If I could rate this company with zero stars I would. If my review can save you some headache I hope it does. From shipping that takes weeks to no returns please don’t waste your time. You can do returns with store credit only and pay to ship it back without even a return label. The clothes are cheap, not quality and look way better on website than actually are. When you see those memes of “this is what I thought I was getting vs this is what I got” that’s this site. They steal pictures of products and just please save yourself the trouble. When I tried to review on their website they wouldn’t post it…funny.
