The item sent doesn't match the color or the pattern of the item in the image. It was not described as sheer or see through in the description but was completely transparent and way too small for the sizing provided. Plus no refund - just store credit which is pending. Very high risk to purchase from here.

Looked super cute online, but when I actually got the product (sweater and booties) the quality was horrible (uneven seam lines, shoes were ripped in places and smelled like cigarettes)! I also found the exact same sweater on Amazon for $20 less. Cheaply made in China…

Absolutely horrible product...I ordered the ankle booties and what I received was not what was pictured on the website. It took almost 6 weeks to come in and it was Chinese garbage. The material was cheap and it had a memory foam like sole on the bottom of the shoe that is just going to wear away after a week of walking outside. Don't waste your time or money

Item I received not what was pictured. I ordered the high heel ankle booties in brown, but the boots they sent look nothing like the product in the picture on their website. It's garbage material, and the size, shape, color, and structure are completely different. They should be shut down for fraud. I will never order from this company again and neither should you.

This company is the worst in the world! Do not waste your money and buy anything they have! Not only do they get their orders wrong, but they don’t even want to give you your money back! Then they want to give you an exchange so the stupid people can send you the wrong order again! I’m reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Keep your money don’t order from them.!!!!!

I ordered a few items from this company. The sweater was supposed to be slouchy. I received a cheap thing that looked nothing like the picture, was sized for a toddler, and had a huge hole in the sleeve!! It's a Chinese company - that was all over the package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY UPDATE: Well over a year after this miserable experience, this company just decided to fight to this very valid review by stating it issued me a full refund. It did not.

Unbelievably poor quality. It's not like I paid $20 for a dress and it's "you get what you pay for". I paid $70 for a dress (discounted) and expect something better than the cheap piece of sheer fabric I received. Not to mention they sent me the wrong coverup and didn't bother to send me one of the items I purchased. The garments aren't branded, have no tags (and I'm wondering if this will be their reason for not accepting a return). It's a total mess. I've sent them an email, so we shall see what customer service is like. Probably as bad as their product.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I made my purchase, a chunky knit hat. So I was very, very nervous. Well, not only did the hat arrive in a very reasonable amount of time despite the tracking having not updated for about a week, but the hat is great! It is just what I was expecting and looking for. I wrote to customer service when the tracking stopped and received a reply, from yes, "Xiara", who is actually a REAL person. She not only replied kindly, but followed up when she saw the delivery confirmation to see how I liked the hat. I then wrote back and made some suggestions which, as a "senior" online shopper, could perhaps give their poor ratings a boost and once again, Xiara wrote back a kind message, thanking me for the suggestions and advising they would be passed on to management and that they are continually trying to improve. Ladies, I think whenever you use these massively discounted, fast fashion sites, you must not expect the quality you would get from say, J.Crew, Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein, or Ralph Lauren. Your'e paying for something that you can choose to class up as you see fit and wear well, but not for durability, or high quality materials. My chunky knit hat is made of thin acrylic, and won't keep my ears warm here in Colorado's winters, but it's a fashion statement I was looking for (a "look") and it meets that standard. I would advise shopping on this site carefully and with the knowledge that they are sending you something you can maybe get a few wearings out of. I recommend the site for what it is and you can't beat free shipping. Returns seem anguished, I hope they change the policy so you all can get a refund instead of store credit if you are disappointed beyond repair. But there are real people to contact and they respond very quickly and are very understanding. I don't think you can go too wrong with Boho Beach Hut!

It took 3 weeks for items to arrive. One item was full of holes. I am now waiting for them to "approve" my returns and will only get a credit back which I don't want!

I just purchased a gorgeous Boho Beach Hut dress. This is my countless time purchasing a flowy dress that looks amazing, it’s well made, soft fabric, rich color, and a great price. This is a great site to shop. I got married last year and most of my dresses and coverups were purchased at BOHO BEACH HUT!!! ☺️
