I wish I had read the reviews first! This place is a total scam with poor customer service! The products I received were so bad in quality of both the material and the fit that they're not even slightly wearable. *THE PICTURES ON THEIR SITE ARE NOT THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVE* In addition, they all smell like glue. The return process is really unfriendly and difficult and even when you return, YOU DON'T GET A REFUND. Just store credit for items that I definitely don't want to order so I'm just out 250.00 with nothing to show for it.

The quality of clothing is terrible. One item even arrived with a tear in it. Their return process is so cumbersome that I can’t even get a refund. I will never order here again.

This is a scam, do not order from this site. Do not trust the other reviews. Ordered a $60 knitted sweater that does not look anything like the photos. It doesn't even come with any tags and it smells horrible. The website mentions 'Polyester, Spandex, Cotton' which is very doubtful, couldn't tell when there aren't any tags.

Would give a zero if I could. They basically stole my money since all of their clothes look nothing like the photos in real life and are such poor quality that it doesn't help to be able to exchange because everything is crap. I have basically given up on the money I spent and will never give this loser company another chance.

China made trash merchandise! Nothing is sized appropriately, cannot get refunds, cannot even return items and get anything that fits! Total scam! Don’t fall for it as merchandise looks NOTHING like pictured!!!

my order number (#53313)The dress was to be 100% cotton or cottob and poly. It was a cheap poly and looks like something you would buy and a drug store.. UGLY do not shop here when I received the product the sleeves were way too tight.i wanted to return the dress i sent an email to the company got no reply to it then i did google about this company and i found the company number which is 919241-5662)and my order number (#53313)was able to get in touch with customer service and they help me out to return the dress for a refund and i did received a refund on my order not purchase from this company.will never shop from this site again!I

Absolute junk. The company appears to be based in US but everything arrives from China. The return 'centre' is a UPS store in Nevada - the poor guys who work there must be inundated. There's no returns policy, and you only get a refund to store credit. I'll never use this money - let me know if you want it?!. The fabric is appalling - really cheap and thin - and because the clothes are for Chinese people, they are small and poorly shaped. Don't buy from this website - pretty much any Chinese website that uses Zendesk is a scam. And there is no way that 'Christina' is the only customer service representative answering complaints...

I like Boho clothes. It takes a while so you need to be patient but they do come. I bought a sweater it has held up well I don’t dry it I wash it on delicate I am buying another color this year. I’ve also Botton shirts and dresses you just need to be gentle and wash things on delicate. The clothes are very reasonably priced stylish & boho chic

I had a GREAT experience with BohoBeachHut! I ordered three items. They were all cotton and so I ordered larger sizes than I would normally take, and they fit perfectly. I had a small issue with one of the items, and upon emailing the company, I received GREAT customer service. The replies were fast, polite, professional and efficient. I was emailed a return label so I could return the imperfect item free of charge, and another item was sent out to me promptly. All the while, I was receiving updates on the process and apologies for the inconvenience. Christina (at the BohoBeachHut Zendesk) is INCREDIBLE! I will absolutely do more business with BohoBeachHut!
