They do false advertising. Notb the same as the picture Buyer beware! This company is a front for a China based company.They are terrible! I received my dress after a month or so after ordering. The dress was the wrong color and the material of a 90's children's halloween costume I emailed their support multiple times and no response from Boho Beach Hutafter that I researched this site on the internet and i found this help info of Boho Beach Hut number isi reach ou the Boho Beach Hut customer service for sorting out the refund confusion I really appreciate it

This company is a scam. The merchandise is trash and looks nothing like pictured. It is impossible to return items, and even if you successfully manage to do that after they take weeks to get the items to you and weeks to state that you can return, it is only for in store credit. Who on earth would want to pay to ship this garbage back only to get more junk from them in the future. Such a waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their online reviews on their website are fake, as they have to approve your review before they post it. Obviously they get plenty of poor reviews. Check out all of their complaints on the BBB website, too.

Ordered a dress, fabric thin, XL much too small and there are basically no returns offered. Dress came with no option to return nor online. Either exchange or store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT buy from this site. If I could give it no stars I would. TERRIBLE. Product is nothing like the pictures. Material is STIFF and cheap and uncomfortable. If it looks sheer in the pictures IT IS NOT, if it looks pink in the picture IT IS NOT, if it looks like if it hugs your figure, IT DOES NOT. Pictures must be taken from another site and they just copy the 0product using cheap material. Also, BEWARE… you can only exchange and pay to ship items back to them and wait for them to approve the return otherwise you have to pay for them to ship it back to you if the return is denied. ONLY TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT to buy another piece of crap. As if this weren’t enough, then you have to beg them to send you this store credit because they won’t even tell u the return status unless you email them and ask CONSTANTLY. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Worst online shopping experience ever!

They delivered my items to the wrong address and are too lazy to check into it. If they would spend the same amount of time checking into the order as they did with emailing me they might actually see that they were delivered to a place in PA and not the shipping address I provided in NC. Spend your hard earned dollars with a company who actually cares if you received the merchandise or not. This complaint was filed in 2021, it is now 2025, are you kidding, now you want to resolve the issue. I can’t believe you’re not out of business with the terrible reviews you get, they are well deserved!

The do false advertising. The dress was to be 100% cotton or cottob and poly. It was a cheap poly and looks like something you would buy and a drug store.. UGLY do not shop here. They are not a US company, so they can get away with lying about the product.. I have one more dress coming lets see if it crap fabric again.. SH---t Company Sh___T dresses.

I absolutely love this site. It brings me back to yesterday. They sell unique items but you don't see everyday. I love the hippie look. Bohemian look and there's such a good company to work with. I ordered a beautiful summer mini dress from boho beach hut and it came pretty quickly. I think around 10 days. The quality of the material was really nice, it was surprisingly soft and breathable. I had never ordered from this company before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I think the quality was worth the price. Besides the armholes being a little snug I have no problems with it. It’s definitely my new favorite dress.
