Complete TRASH! Cheaply made, DOES NOT FIT WELL and they will NOT return your money. I do not see how this is even allowed since it does not explicitly say so in their return policy.

The clothing is flimsy and likely sourced from China. As well the sizes were off again typical of Chinese online clothing. The return policy of store credit only also reflects their expectation that the customer is likely to be dissatisfied with their purchase. This is a typical tactic of internet Chinese merchandizing. Once they have your money you can consider yourself having been fleeced.

Buyer beware, ordered shirt collar was all stretched out, Boho Beach Hut would only give store credit and not even offer to pay shipping to return. I asked for them to credit my charge credit due to the merchandise being defective, I was asked if I had picture of shirt ? I was never asked that when I had to get permission for an RMA !! Told me they could not help. Also, their size charts are not correct to merchandise sizes. I will be contacting my credit card company.

I ordered some really kute black dress boots for $54.00 wanted to treat myself. What I got was a very cheap quality boot, looks like I should only paid 20.00 for! Very upsetting. Yes, like everyone else says, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You do not get what you paid for. #Lessonlearned

What I got was a cheaply printed “dress” made out of synthetic material The products are cheap. which I thought would fit me per the bust and waist measurements on the site but when I received the product the sleeves were way too tight.i wanted to return the dress i sent an email to the company got no reply to it then i did google about this company and i found the company number which is Six⁰⁷⁴³⁸THREE4NINE8i was able to get in touch with customer service and they help me out to return the dress for a refund and i did received a refund on my order not purchase from this company.will never shop from this site again!I

it is my first time using your company and i am extremely frustrated. I was told that i would recieve merchandise within 2-3 days by mail then they said oh u need to track it urself with the post office it could take 2-4 wks . the post office cant find it and no one at your store will call back its automated voicemail . i just want a refund and will not use your company again. i will ask my cc to not allow the funds to go thru especially when no one can give me a call or a clear answer.

The do false advertising. The dress was to be 100% cotton or cottob and poly. It was a cheap poly and looks like something you would buy and a drug store.. UGLY do not shop here.I emailed their support multiple times and no response from Boho Beach Hutafter that I researched this site on the internet and i found this help info of Boho Beach Hut number is i reach ou the Boho Beach Hut customer service for sorting out the refund confusion I really appreciate it And resolved the issues straight away.
