I wish I had read these reviews before using this service. Order placed on 23/9 and still not received as of today. They said that the prescription wasn’t a clear enough picture so I sent the same day. When I chased I received an email saying ‘We are currently processing your prescription and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible for you’. When asked if it usually takes over 3 weeks, they then said ‘ Your order was on hold for longer than usual as when the prescription was replaced because it was blurry, unfortunately it wasn't taken off hold so it was stuck. We have now sorted it and your order will be processed very soon! Apologies for the delay. It has now been a month. Luckily it’s not an urgent medication. If your pets rely on medication then I would suggest using another company. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again
