I haven;t used online pet provider before so thought I would give it a try. Said 3-4 working days from order to delivery and was cheaper. Perfect I thought. Ordered and received prescription same day, however some 7 days later, order still stuck in warehouse and no trust I would ever receive it. Spent every single day chasing only to be told it would be chased and issued later but never happened. Had to cancel the order, request a refund and then order emergency tablets from my vets. Will try online again but will just never use these people again.

On Thursday 10th October I ordered a box of Cladaxxa for my cat Tati. On 11th October you took £46 from my account. I heard nothing more until 16th October when I received an email saying script was approved From late on 15th until 17th order tracking said it was 'packing ' I phoned on Thursday 17th and a very pleasant lady said she didn't understand the delay and when I pointed out I was running out of tablets she said she would put it on next day delivery . Needless to say it did not arrive on the Friday ! DHL said delayed til next working day which would be the monday. So with neither PDO or your courier working at weekend the tablets ran out and I would have had to try to source some via emergency services which are prohibitively expensive and stressful for a poorly cat. Tablets arrived This morning ..a shocking 11 days after being ordered ..And 10 days after you took the money. Having a sick pet is stressful enough without this. I feel so let down. Rest assured if Tati has a setback in anyway I will be holding your company responsible.

Great service and speedy delivery. Cant fault this but maybe free delivery would be the icing on the cake.

Will not be going back to this place again. The medication doesn’t even work, either it’s expired or fake. I have never had issues with this medications at the vets, but with them it doesn’t work ! This is one located in Ontario.
