My experience with pet drugs online has been brilliant …my dogs medication is so easy to order and delivery is brilliant , such a helpful company

I ordered 12 months prescription worming/flea treatment, as it is so much cheaper than direct from the vets, but when it arrived noticed that the expiry date on 2 boxes was within 12 months. Contacted customer services, they asked me to return the ones which would be out of date, they had no other stock available, so kept me updated by phone and email as to when the new stock would be arriving. As soon as it was available I received an email and the delivery was received in 2 days. Unfortunate over site on the expiry date, but these things happen, and fantastic customer service to resolve the issue. Will continue to use Pet Drugs Online 🙂

Helpful delivered on time

I found the web site difficult when trying to pay for my dog’s prescription so I resorted to placing the order over the phone which worked far better I will give it one more try but if it doesn’t work again I will just ring up every time
