After years of ordering my dog’s medicine I have had to delete all my details & leave, with having two dogs and three prescriptions something went wrong somewhere along the way,I was waiting on the medication which I thought had been approved, after about a week of waiting I had to call only to be told no, you only had three tablets remaining on that prescription we are waiting on you downloading another prescription,(I did have the other prescription,I had obviously just not downloaded it), rather than accepting the money and emailing telling me it had been approved maybe they should say they are waiting on the appropriate prescription and I wouldn’t have sat for a week waiting. Unfortunately this has now led to me deleting all my details and going elsewhere
