Would have given top marks. But I had broken tiles in the middle of a pallet. It is difficult to individually check 3 full pallets of tiles while the driver waits, as expected by nustone. So the broken tiles are at my expense.

I would have given 5* but only got delivered 7 crates instead of 8, and was left for me to make all the phone calls to chase up the shortage. No delivery paperwork or nothing to sign means how do I tell you this. Even the delivery driver thought it was a full shipment. Please, just tell the customer if there is a problem and not leave us ringing round trying to workout what’s happened. Delivery arrived of the shortfall a few days later and even got a refund for the express delivery paid for on the one late crate. Will order from Nustone again as price and stone was brilliant. Improve on the communication and ability to count - then you will get the 5*
