Great overall experience

Overall a great service, process was smooth and ended up passing my test at the end. My instructor was excellent and my 15 hours of lessons were very well utilised. Would recommend for anyone looking for lessons and a quicker test, despite the money investment!

Terrible Company

I used this company to book a 20hr intensive driving course with a test. They gave me a practical test date three months in advance, bear in mind you will have to pay £35 to reschedule if you aren't available, this continues to happen until you are free to take the practical test. I called this company this morning hoping to be able to reschedule, I was told to email in order to request this. My email read "Hello, my practical driving test has been scheduled for the same time as one of my university exams, could I reschedule?" I was later told by Intensive Lessons that they are able to offer a free reschedule service to customers who are more polite? Throughout back and forth emails I have received shockingly poor customer service, this company is very unprofessional and has no concern for it's customers. There is very little communication provided. If you plan to book a driving course with this company be aware they will demand you pay the rest of the balance at any time they wish (as per their terms and conditions). If you complain about this they will attempt to single you out and blame you. They also threatened to take legal action against me. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, I urge anyone to consider booking with other driving schools. Or thoroughly reading the terms and conditions prior to booking, as mentioned they can demand their remaining balance at any time, and you have no choice but to keep paying a £35 rescheduling fee until you are available, complaining about this results in threats of legal action. I explained I would not be paying the remaining £1022 balance in 24 hours so they terminated the booking and I lost my £175 deposit. I wish I had believed all the other negative reviews claiming this company is a scam.

10/10 service through out.

Booked 5hrs lessons and a test through these guys and everything was faultless. Gave them my theory number and test sites I preffered. they did the rest. Test date booked then three alternatives or cancellations came through overall waited about 2 months. Evidently dates are hard to come by lately so feel lucky I got one so soon. Also found me a instructor who was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough 10/10 service worth every penny.

Frome zero to passing!

I was allocated a wonderful instructor in a short timeframe, she was experienced, kind and extremely helpful in getting me ready for my test. Thanks to her guidance and instructing, I was able to pass my test first try within 2 months of first getting in the driver's seat!

I had my doubts about using a company…

I had my doubts about using a company to help me pass but I was surprised great communication and info the instructor they set me up with Ahmed he was amazing he worked out were I needed help and worked on them with me until I was confident enough to do them with ease he is really good I'd definitely recommend

Passed in 15hrs

The driving Instructor I was put with Ama was 10 out of 10 got me passed In a 15hr refresher was well chuffed Good communication with intensive lessons always got back to me when I had a question.

The only issues I had was the lack of…

The only issues I had was the lack of local knowledge when booking the test centre, choosing area's that were impossible to get too and from using public transport (this was luckily ammended after I explained the situation) and it not being explained to me when being sold the course that the likelihood of me getting an instructor in my local area would be impossible. Apart from that, the instructor they provided (Alan in Norwich) was amazing. Can thoroughly recommend him. Calm, chatty, very good at putting you at your ease. And genuinely happy for you when you pass. I hope this company continues to use him for as long as possible.

Amazing experience

I only booked a 5 hour refresher course due to having already failed 4 tests and my allocated driving instructor, Daniel, was absolutely brilliant in ensuring we got everything covered in that short time. My past experience of driving instructors/companies had not been pleasant but Daniel made it extremely enjoyable and thorough at the same time! I passed with flying colours and could not be happier with the service I received. Would 100% recommend.

Terrible Experience

Booked with this company, it took me roughly over a month to do my theory, in which time they emailed only twice asking if I had done it and if they could book it for me, tip, don’t book through them it costs more. After passing my theory and got in contact with the company to say I’d passed and that I couldn’t do my lessons in my hometown as I work away, maybe hoping they done the lessons there. They did not, as a “nice gesture” they said they’d move the lessons to the next town over which was still not near my work, or I’d have to cancel. So I cancelled, as I’m unable to do them, I then inquired about my deposit, as I’ve paid 170 pounds for them to send me two emails asking if I’d sat my theory, they hadn’t looked for an instructor nor set anything up or even in principle as far as I’m aware, I wouldn’t know they never got in contact with me. Other than those 2 emails. After them telling me I couldn’t get a refund as that’s policy which I understand I rightly in my opinion said that it wasn’t ok just to take money for doing no work, and said I’d be writing a review to show this. They then send an email back threading legal action if I spoke negatively about my experience. If I were you I’d stay clear of this company, poor people management and petty threats as well as stealing your deposit for 0 work. I hope they see this and I receive my legal action email, for my opinion.
