I had to get my money back from Amex because they wouldn’t refund me for not doing what they said they would

I had to get my money back from Amex as they lie about getting you a test date sooner within 6-8 weeks and they don’t. I wrote a review before and I noticed they took it off so my I’m ready to show proof to trust pilot of my order number. Oh and before I forget they threatened to keep the money and cancel the service if I started a dispute with my Amex card. Please avoid these people there’s other website that you can use. If you do decide to use this fraudulent company please protect yourself by making a payment with American Express because Amex will always fight for there customers and give you your money back as long as you screen shot everything as proof.

I took this company to court and won…

I took this company to court and won for various reasons. They ripped me off, were rude and the instructor wasn't very reliable. I asked for a refund on my deposit after the instructor cancelled a couple of times begore I recieved any service and had already been treated badly by the "team" they owe me about 900 pounds. Never paid it. I'd love some kind of response from them.

Threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review

Booked an intensive course back in November with theory test included , they did quickly book a theory test for a few weeks later that’s got them a one star for that hard work 😓 . I then passed my theory and heard nothing at all from them regarding organising a date or an instructor for my course . I booked a practical test in January and only then I got an email asking for a reference number which made no sense as why would I give them a reference number when they have done nothing for me at this stage in terms of organising . I didn’t receive single call or text message they did prove they sent an email from December as didn’t see that email at the time but again this email only asked for a reference number not organising any actual service . I got a few emails telling me that I wouldn’t be refunded because they did email me asking for a reference (how great of them ) and why would they chase me one email should be enough , awful customer service , awful organisation oh and they threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review , clown . Don’t bother using these they couldn’t organise a sock drawer .

Quick service with good communication

Very quick service with regular updates made it an easy process to get started with my intensive course with the test booked quickly too. Special thanks to my instructor Paulo who made me feel confident and comfortable from the first lesson

Intensive Lessons to the Rescue

Was really struggling to get an Instructor to take me to my booked test, despite it being only a few weeks away Intensive Lessons sourced me a fantastic Instructor that really put me through my paces and gave me the confidence to finally succeed and pass my test. I cannot thank them enough

I would avoid unless you want to be let…

I would avoid unless you want to be let down last minute! Test booked with 15 hours of lessons and last minute told can only provide 8 hours despite it being booked for ages. Terrible customer service suggesting fraud will be committed by me and they will cancel tests unless they receive a response within an hour. Absolutely appalling company and customer service avoid avoid avoid.
