I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this driving company. They took my money and promised to help me prepare for my driving test, but instead, they continuously claimed that I wasn't ready to take the test, even though I felt confident in my abilities. Despite this, they went ahead and booked the test for me without my consent. It wasn't until the last minute that they informed me that I needed more hours of practice, essentially keeping me in a cycle of paying for additional lessons. To make matters worse, the driving instructor assigned to me, Chris from Redhill, also tried to persuade me to privately hire him and pay him directly instead of going through the company, adding to the sense of being scammed. I lost my money for the test a few times because they informed me too late to cancel, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to stay far away. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and only interested in taking your money without providing the service they promised. Save yourself the headache and find a different driving company that actually cares about helping you succeed.

Avoid at all cost .. .

Please avoid this company .. .. I wish I have read the trust pilot before I handed over my money .. such a bad experience!! My 21 year old son was made to feel really uncomfortable during his first lesson.. we immediately notified the company but they couldn’t care less .. they had our money so as far as they were concerned that was that .. no replacement instructor was offered .. like it or lump it attitude ..Feeling so angry 😖 My son lives with his young fiancé and 2 year old baby and is currently studying at the local university .. he is now in dept as they only reimburse £400 half the value of 16 lessons not received .. he was charge for the 2 hours spent with the negative instructor plus lost payment for 2 hour lessons he felt obliged to make for the following week .. that was lost because 2 weeks notice was require?!!!! Feeling sickened to the stomach .. we have been ghosted .. no one from this company coukd care less .. what a shameful attitude.. Please avoid I wish we had .. so upset !!!

Just amazing

Fast response from beginning to end with intensive lessons. Had theory and practical test book very quickly and through them I got the most incredible driving instructor. There are not enough words to describe how incredible John (Ian) Campbell was. Everything you could wish for in an instructor. He made learning to drive such an enjoyable experience and thanks to him I passed my test first time with zero faults. I would recommend everyone do intensive lessons with him.

Avoid!

The company will match you with an independent instructor and book your test for you. However, on the day of the test, my instructor sent me a message stating that the company had not paid them in full and, as a result, wouldn't be able to take me to the test. I reached out to the company, and they informed me that they are in the midst of a dispute with the instructor, who is attempting to extract more money from them. The company refused to take responsibility for the instructor's behaviour, leading to me missing my exam. So far, they have declined to provide any solution, as it would result in a loss on my booking for them.

Paid 170 pound deposit for an email…

Paid 170 pound deposit for an email recommending that I take a different course. Received no refund after cancelling the course. Poor customer service. Do not recommend. If there was a negative 5 star I would tick it
