Lost out on a lot of money when I had to cancel a single lesson on short notice due to unforseen circumstances causing me to lose out on the 2 hours I paid for and therefore my test as they would not provide my instructors car for the test. Even during the small amount of time I had with an instructor, he spent most of it on his phone. When I brought this up to the company they did absolutely nothing to deal with it. Not impressed.

Fast way to start learning driving, Good staff whenever I called. They helped with all things.

The entire process from the first lesson to passing the test took under 2 weeks—and the instructor was fantastic. They also got my test booked in months earlier than I would have been able to myself.

Absolutely seamless journey from booking the test and getting such a wonderful instructor all within a couple of weeks, and my instructor made finishing off my learning so lovely and passed first time today! Would definitely recommend and can't fault the experience at all

Efficient and reliable service

I would definitely recommend intensive lessons. They were Fast to set up an instructor, test date and find alternative dates when my test was unfortunately cancelled due to sickness. I was so impressed as I had been let down by a previous company claiming they could accommodate the course. They were next to none especially in the current climate where there is such a back log in testing and driving places because of Covid. The communication was good throughout and any questions were answered quickly. My instructor Darren had a wealth of knowledge, experience, and was very patient. He really made the whole learning experience a positive and calm one. Thanks again.

Where to start! We paid for a 35 lesson intensive course, and in the 9 weeks after we paid the full amount, my daughter had received 2 lessons and a theory test. The instructor ignored texts, made excuses, even got his sister to do one of the lessons! We complained to customer services a few times over the 9 week period and were never offered an alternative. When we asked for a refund they wanted to charge us a £35 refund admin fee!! They eventually wavered this, but would not negotiate on the £150 deposit we paid in good faith for the advertised quick, intensive course, which we did not receive! So, we got the refund back after 10 days after asking for it, but less £303. Awful, disappointing service!
