The team at Intensive Lessons are great, they provided me with a great instructor and enabled me to get a test super quick when the rest of the country seem to be struggling! Their WhatsApp chat is awesome, they’re super responsive.

A complete and utter disappointment

I booked an intensive course of lessons including a practical test in February 2021 and paid the full amount upfront. I understood with the Covid pandemic that there was going to be some delays and I was happy to wait a few more months than I originally thought. It then got to May and I hadn't heard anything from the company so I messaged them via their WhatsApp customer service. I was told they needed to book me a practical test before they could begin my lessons. I then got my test date in June and asked when my lessons would start and I still had no instructor by August when my test was only just a month away. On the 7th of September, 17 days before my test, I still had no instructor and they were trying to offer me just a test when I needed to learn to drive. There was never any apology and I was always the one that had to ask for an update. I then was told that they had found me an instructor but she actually retires a month before my new test date. I now have no choice but to get a refund and try and rush to find a new instructor before my November test. Would not recommend at all and I am very disappointed.

After covid happened I was worried that I could ever get a test because of the back log. But they got me in within a few months. Amazing service. My instructor Graham was incredible... I'll give him 5 stars. He was patient, kind and funny. I passed with flying colours. I booked a 20 hour course having some experience. This was perfect for me, because he was so good.
