Excellent service, fast response and excellent instructor prior to test

Helped me learn efficient road awareness in order to pass my test!

These guys are amazing, they found me a theory date days after I signed up, found me another when I forgot to go to it and found me two dates for a practical at the centre of my choice during a pandemic!! The lists of people wanting tests were so long and they found me cancelations and bumped me up the queue. They also found me a fantastic instructor when all the instructors in my area had waiting lists. Could not be more pleased with this service.

Can't even explain how well my driving is going and all down to Tom my instructor. He has built my confidence up from the ground where it was left by my previous instructor several years ago. I cannot say enough about him! He has completely catered his lessons to how I learn and I am so grateful as it shows in how my driving has come on!! I am so confident and only in a few hours. I am feeling so confident as I approach my test date! He is so observant of what I'm anxious about and helpful with correcting errors without being patronising which further puts me at ease! Thank you ever so much for finding such a brilliant driving instructor!!

Even in the middle of a pandemic they were able to sort me a test within two weeks honestly nothing bad to say about this service

Started with them in may and paid up front, asked them to use their “fast track app” to book us a cancellation and they told us October. We booked direct with DVSA and got one in Aug!! First lesson instructor was 40 mins late and spent much of his time texting and making calls. I complained and was told they had spoken to him and he advised he asked my sons permission and only used phone when car was stopped (not true). We had already paid so persevered but instructor was difficult to get hold of to book lessons, taking two or three calls before he would respond. I asked if we could change instructors but was told there was only one in South Manchester. The final kick in the teeth was when the instructor turned up 20 mins late on test day with not even an apology so my son was 10 mins late for the test and in a terrible mental state. Consequently the test was cancelled. They offered to rebook us a test only at a reduced rate of £143 which is double the cost to book direct so how that was meant to be a goodwill gesture I don’t know. I would avoid like the plague their level of customer service is appalling, the instructor they tell us is for the South Manchester region is below the standard expected. I would go to your local instructor recommend by friends and avoid this company….
