I would like to say a big thank you to Intensive lessons especially my instructor Shamim Patel. Her way of teaching got into my head and although on my weeks training I never seemed to be 100% responding to what she was saying, on my hours drive all I could hear in my head was her voice and the things she'd say such as Get to the white line otherwise you wont go round Back off!!! two fast, If you cant get a doors length in go dead slow. Or Slow down!! Why you rushing? All of this thanks to Shamim to make me pass on my Practical with only 2 minor errors in Preston. Once again thank you so much Intensive lessons who provide a talented instructor, that makes my practical test much easier !!!

I started my lessons on the 21st of may and passed on the 28th of June. I’m so pleased with the experience. They allocated me an instructor called Mick and he was able to make a schedule around me working full time which was so helpful!

Can’t fault intensive lessons
Can’t fault intensive lessons. I booked a 5 hour refresher course to get my licence back after it was revoked. I was assigned a brilliant instructor and managed to pass first time with 1 minor. Can’t fault the competitive prices as well. Fully recommend!!

Just what I needed.
The first lockdown happened just before my test was booked and my old instructor left the business. I eventually got a new test date but by then had not driven for a year. Intensive Lessons rescued me and Tahiba had me back up to scratch in weeks ready in time for my test which I passed comfortably. Very pleased with Intensive Lessons service.

If you are looking to learn to drive then please avoid using this company ‘INTENSIVELESSONS.CO.UK’ who trade under the name of ‘SMARTBOOKINGS ! I decided to book an intensive 10hr course with a practical test included for the end of that same week. This was back in May 2021 & I was told over the phone that the course would commence in July, possibly June 2021 (I had enquired into other driving companies but they could only do August/September at the earliest) I paid £150 deposit over the phone & only after the deposit was paid did they send a confirmation email saying that the course could not be done over a 1 week period, & that it would not be July or June start date for the course. I would be looking at October 27th instead ! I had also requested Gosforth test centre but, they had put me down for South Shields ! I rang up & explained what had happened & was just told they would try & look for an earlier date & I would be contacted within next 2 weeks. Going into week 3 I had still not heard anything from them so, again I wanted to contact them. It was almost impossible to get through by phone,( I now know they were avoiding my number as I could get through using different phone numbers) I was just told same as before, the emails when they did reply to mine were very unprofessional & rude. I was even contacted via WhatsApp out of hours & still do not know the name of this person. I have had no luck trying to get my £150 deposit back. The complaints email address does not exist, & neither does their head office address - Jubilee House in Lancs, FY8 5FT I have had a return to sender - address unknown from Royal Mailon my letter of complaint. According to companies house these people have already had 3 out of 5 business’s dissolved so if I were you I would stay well clear !!!
