With Smart Energy I made a smart choice. I was in a stress, I needed to improve my energy efficiency rating quickly. Smart Energy were on the case straight away with a quote and advice about a bigger loft hatch. Then once that was done they quickly came to do the job.I had total confidence in every member of the team and the telephone help team were good humoured and supportive. I then asked if this company could carry out the efficiency survey in a hurry as was up against a deadline. Again the Smart Energy team came to the rescue and did the work at short notice. Relief! I would absolutely turn to Smart Energy again.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond in the heat that we have had recently. Dan worked without stopping last thing on a Friday afternoon and was back on Monday morning to finish off the last few bits. Very happy to recommend this company

2 guys that insulated the loft were stars. Friendly, funny & professional. Informed me of everything they were doing & why they were doing it. Top job! Office staff are sadly not as on the ball. Fail to call to inform a surveyor can’t make it, constantly wanting to change install days & times, argued to charge for something that wasn’t even present. Installers 1 - 0 Office staff.
