I would like to say a big thank you to you all my vehicle was delayed but each month I reseaved a phone call about the delay. The vehicle was delivered in December by a lovely gentleman the van was very clean with fuel in, I'm super pleased with the van it's a pleasure to drive. What a lovely touch from VW with the cleaning products I would highly recommend this company if your looking for commercial vehicle.

What do i say............but.....thank you for the excellent service that you provide. Everything from start to finish has been hazzle free, Also the delivery driver was pleasant and the handover was easy, In less than 10 months now on my second van from Vanzone.

Customer service from vanzone was great, although our vehicle was delayed by no fault of their own, they allowed us to cancel and receive a partial refund. Would use them again when my next vehicle is due for renewal..

Simon Williams in sales was brilliant from the off. He listened to our requirements and directed us to the right van for us. Yes -we had to wait for delivery but it was no different to what our local dealer was offering and Vanzone were far more friendly and offered a more cost effective price. We were kept updated with delivery and van is just what wanted and the delivery driver great too. We will be back!!!

I've had 3 vans off of Vanzone now since 2020, they are extremely well priced and really try to get you the best deal they can. I've seen other reviews complaining about lead times, I have to say that some times this is inevitable and entirely out of their control. They always keep you updated with the most up to date information they have. I will keep going back to Vanzone

Very straight forward company to purchase a new van from . Good price, very helpful employees from start ti finish. Van was delivered by a employee who could only be described as a true gentleman. When arrived the van only had 69 miles on the clock and was as described as brand new. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle in the future from this company and would ,most definitely recommend them.

BE CAREFUL !!!! Was told van was in stock. They took deposit and now told van s are not kept in stock they are just a broker . They take £1000 deposit then make you wait months for the van or cancel which you lose £1000 deposit in doing so. We are still waiting for the van ordered mid August . Very misleading. Unless Vanzone do anything to change my opinion then I would certainly NOT recommend doing business with them I will keep updating as we progress.
