Exceptional quality and exceptional customer service. They were so helpful when it came to choose the mattress and flexible with delivery dates. I was kept up to date with the delivery schedule and everything was as straightforward as it could be. Most importantly the mattress is great and well worth the investment.

As always, the staff at Warren Evans was super helpful, from my initial contact with them to helping me match my two current mattresses of theirs to their new range (I wanted another one similar), through to choosing a new one. In the end I actually found the Organic 6000 not quite right for me so again they were super helpful in advising me of an alternative, the 2000, and replaced it quickly with no issues at all.
