Very helpful person assisted us on the phone Showed us on video the beds we were interested in and also the mattresses No pressure at all at any time She knew the answers to most of our questions ,and when not , she asked immediately and got back to us . The delivery was also arranged !! The whole process was made very smooth and easy for us Would recommend !

While the service was fantastic the product is not up to past standards. We have a number of Warren Evans beds that we’ve had for many years that are all made with solid wood. Our recent double bed purchase the headboard is sub-standard and not the solid wood like the rest of the structure. Also doesn’t quite come to either edge of the bed (like previous models). It still looks good but won’t stand the rest of time like the older models.

Found a mattress that I wanted booked a video chat as I had a few questions.The eco friendly ethics are what I was linterested in as well.looking forward to the delivery

Helpful, responsive and efficient

We came from the other side of London to try out the mattresses we had seen online in person. We were greeted by a very lovely young man, Dawid. He listened to our needs and expectations and proceeded to guide us through the showroom. It’s a beautiful showroom and we tried lots of beds and found Dawid to be very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying both a mattress and a bed frame and got a really good deal. We’re very happy with the advice and friendliness we experienced in the showroom and left convinced that Warren Evans beds are of a high quality. We can’t wait to receive our new bed.
