Having been let down by a large department store and without a mattress the week before Xmas Warren Evans came to our rescue. Friendly knowledgable and extremely helpful they guided us into choosing the best mattress for us and pulled out all the stops to get it delivered in time. Very happy with our new organic natural mattress - a better deal and a better product than our original choice.

I was very happy with my experience at Warren Evans. The beds appear to be very well built, have a high level of customisation and are well priced. The customer service I received was also excellent. David was very knowledgable, attentive, helpful and friendly, both in the showroom and when I rang with enquiries beforehand. However I was also given time to consider options with my husband without feeling rushed or pressured. I often find staff engagement in stores is either too much or too little so this stands out for me as a very good experience.

Fantastic mattresses (most comfortable I've tried anywhere) and really helpful and expert advice given to help make the decision on which would be best for me.

All about this purchase was excellent: the service we got in the show room, the communication about the delivery, and the mattress itself. In the show room Dawid was super helpful and knowledgable. We really appreciate that. The product itself is just incredible to sleep on. A huge difference from our previous WE that needed replacing. Overall, 5 stars.
