Ordered a set of knives just under £200, I never received them, I never signed for them,I never showed my id to anyone, the parcel did not come to my address and because I reported to dpd instead of kitchen knives them after 10 days contacted them, they completely blanked/refused to even listen to me. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Free money for them, a set of knives for whoever got my parcel, and a very bitter taste in my mouth for contacting the delivery company ,not the sender. Awful awful customer service and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have never in all my life known such a dreadful way of treating customers, and can only presume they don’t rely on word of mouth or return business. Avoid at all costs, unless you can afford to loose big amounts of hard earned cash!! AVOID!!!!

Not the first time we’ve purchased from kitchen knives and same good experience as last time. Easy ordering process and kept up to date on the delivery process as there was apparently a stock issue but items still arrived within the original timeframe given

I’ve had 3 Japanese Global knives for 23 years now and still going strong! I use them every day and won’t buy any other brand to prep in my kitchen. I recently decided to treat myself to a Global boning knife and Kitchen Knives.Co.uk offered the best price online. It was easy to order, communication great and it arrived safe and securely packaged. I’d certainly go to Kitchen Knives if I wanted to treat myself again, hopefully before another 23 years!

Excellent experience. Great price. Great communication. When the knife I wanted wasn't available straight away. They let me know that wouldn't be long and then posted it extra quickly so ended up being not too different time wise when arrived. Will buy from again.
