A good overall experience purchasing knives here. Was a good deal and the customer service was responsive - I had some trouble with their automated age check. My only constructive feedback was that the boxes were quite old and creased - they were for a present, more careful storage would be helpful, but not a big deal. The recipient didn't notice and loved the items so that's the main thing!

The service expected As an amateur cook I watch a lot of cookery programs on TV and specifically look for teaching videos on line. It took a long time to decide which knves to buy, then who to get them from. Kitchen knives delivered what I wanted at a fair price. Global knives fit my hand and help me achieve the desired results, I will get more.
