Very efficient communications and a very small problem was dealt with summarily

From the first point of contact the staff could not be more helpful. From those I spoke to on the phone or e-mail to the staff members in the yard they were all, polite, helpful and above all else professional. A simply great team. Prices were good to.

Several items shown as In Stock on the website proved not to be and had to be ordered from the supplier. I was told that stock levels were manually maintained and that this meant they were prone to inaccuracy. Communication was good once I'd raised my dissatisfaction with the right person (initially, it felt like the person I was dealing with was keen to just refund my order, to "resolve" my issue) and the items were dispatched as soon as they became available. I still think it's misleading to continue to list items as In Stock when they are not, though, and I will think twice before using this service again.

Came promptly, thought good price, they are a present yet to be gifted so really can't say anymore.

Great service from Kitchen knives but do NOT purchase Rockingham knives imho!! Poor quality, “stainless” steel blades turned up tarnished, blade edges had chips/chunks out of them, very poor quality for a “brand new” product!! Disgusted! Can get much better out of Tesco’s tbh!! Even had them sent back to the manufacturer who said there was nothing wrong!! 😳 Never again! Shocking! 😤

Good customer service

Never received the order - courier didn’t attempt to deliver and tracking just said returned to supplier. I’ve been charged and despite sending emails to the supplier order has still not been fulfilled or refunded. I think this may be a scam website/ company

WOW. I am so impressed by this company. Not only did I buy a set of knives for a third of the price they were advertised on other websites, the knives were dispatched literally an hour after I ordered and went out for delivery next day even though I didn’t pay any extra for next day delivery! The knives were beautiful as well and I am SO happy with my purchase, I can’t recommend them enough!

Bought for my husband’s birthday. Very good quality sharp knives in a handsome knife block. Prompt delivery.
