I love my wig, I emailed them for my wig to be shipped right away for my trip and they responded quick and was able to ship my wig right away. I love it! It’s everything that I pictured it would be. Y’all need to definitely shop!

Perfect wear and go! The wig came precut and preplucked (it looked like scalp). After bleaching the knots, it was absolutely perfect! The hair itself is very soft, and full. I ordered a 26in Brazilian Body wave, and the wig game with a comb, elastic headband, satin headband, wig bag, satin bonnet, and thank you card. Delivery was fast as well! I ordered on Wednesday, and it was delivered that Monday

So I really love my wig. The shipping was off a bit and response was a bit delayed but overall was a great experience. I plan to shop more for their wear to go line I hope they add more color wigs. Although it may take a few weeks to get the wig it was worth the purchase

I love the wig. The only down side is that is does a have a little smell and the shipping isn’t 3-7 business days. Overall the wig is worth it and is very soft. I will b shopping again !!!

The company is very misleading. They advertise 3-7 day delivery even though they KNOW they have a busy sale going on. And there is ALWAYS the same 35% sale going on, so I’m not sure why this sale is making it more busy than the rest. I placed my order two weeks ago and when I didn’t receive any tracking information after the 7 days I reached out via Instagram. They told me it would be a few more day but here I am two weeks later with no updates or information about my purchase. It is feeling incredibly scam like. All I wanted was new hair for a wedding but now I will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General, seeing as though this is a common practice for this company.

AMAZING WIG! At first I thought it was scam because it was my first time ordering from them and I did read reviews that there was so I panicked. Especially when it took a whole damn month for me to get this wig BUT as soon as I was concerned, I would email them and they got back to me ASAP. Their customer service is great. Not going to lie, I still was concerned even while they emailed me because u never know who are scammers anymore but I just got my wig today and I absolutely immediately fell Inlove . The hair texture is so soft and feels so real. I was looking for a wig that was realistic and this is exactly what I been looking for. It’s actually my first wig ever as well!! Customer service is great. The wig is beautiful. Buy one asap!!
