I order April 23 Sunday they taken my payment off my card, I received one confirmation notice immediately after they taken my payment and I have tried to contact them every since. The phone number is not real. These companies are fake and need to be reported. When these companies get high reviews that’s because they have written them. Don’t order. I order from another company the next day a well known co. I have already received two emails and my package arrived tomorrow. We need to ask questions about these fake immature hold in the wall or someone house and call it a company.

OMG....I received my wig yesterday and when I opened it I was smiling from ear to ear. The hair is excellent quality and it's so soft and let's not forget all the extra goodies they sent me in the box as well. I highly recommend wig fever. I will definitely be ordering again.

False advertisement on shipping says 3 to 7 days. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I waited one week, then I emailed them, and they said, “Hi, my friend How is going? Thanks for your support, the wig is hot sale, our factory are working to process orders for our clients now, the shipment is a little longer than usual, but pls don't worry, we will finish this hair quickly. and will ship the wig in these days asap. after shipped you will receive a mail to check the info.” I am still waiting I only order because it said fast shipping need the wig for an wedding and it looks like I won’t get it in Time. I will be reporting their Instagram page as false advisement. I read other reviews here, and they say the same about shipping.

Ordered a wig almost a month ago no information from company And no responses with the chat. Chat always says to restart I get the message. Hello how can I help you then it disconnects. I have no tracking number. No order number and obviously no customer service. I am give me a company 24 hours from this date 4:23. if no response, I am going to cancel my order and will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
