The lace looks great but the hair is straggly and not silky straight, the wig is thin, it took 31 days before I received my package and now customer service is talking about everything except the refund that I’m asking for. Do not recommend!!!!! 05/05/2023: Follow up: I was offered $15 refund and the option to keep the wig. If I was able to insert photos, you would see why this was an insult. I declined and said I wanted a full refund so I was finally given the address to return. I paid for my return ($19) and said that I would be reimbursed. Someone reached out to me 2 days after my return had a confirmed delivery. I was told that I was reimbursed. I checked and I was not reimbursed for shipping. Someone said that I was and there was nothing that they could do. After arguing with these people that my return was not reimbursed- I was told that I need to make a PayPal account for them to reimburse the $19 for shipping and that is the only way. The worse company ever. I didn’t pay using PayPal so I should be reimbursed the original way I made the payment. At this point I’m fine with loosing the $19 because I have let everyone that I know not to purchase here. I’ve never regretted a transaction so much!

I’m back again . Still no order confirmation, I finally received an email back but that’s only because I wrote this review . The email said to check spam . Which I’ve done and still nothing . So I’m just going to dispute with my bank I’m not going to ever purchase from here again .

I bought this wig for my birthday and I am very much happy with it, the hair quality is so amazing, the cup love it I can't complain no doubt about that I love my wig and I will definitely be ordering more wigs from you guys.

My way came and it was beautiful. I haven’t really put it on yet because I’m waiting for the week of my birthday to put it on but I felt it and it felt very soft. The curls were everything. It came in a timely manner and I love all the gifts.

The communication was great. The wig i ordered was on a very high demand and they made sure they kept me updated with the tracking info and also checked to make sure that i received my order! I will be placing another one. I ordered a glueless HD 24’in 4x7 wig and it’s beautiful and i love that it has an elastic band to hold onto my head in the back as well! Also, i have locs and this wig looks so natural on me, and blends great! Little to no shedding and the length was true as well..

This is my first wig. I have NEVER liked wearing wigs in the past because they looked false. I absolutely love this purchase because it's easy to put on and most of all it looks great!

Placed an order says 3-7 working days but now being told 5-10 very misleading online needed my wig for an event would not have ordered if knew delivery was going to be so long. Iv just checked my order and I can confirm that the unit I have ordered says it will be shipped 3-7 working days doesn’t say anything about 10?

So i ordered during easter, and I already knew it may take a little bit but it was under two weeks! They are pretty good about communicating. I received my wig! It is definitely as it is described, glueless and it looks really good. Its true to length and I plan to order again in the future! Thank you wigfever
