Needed to change provider …

Needed to change provider as I had been with previous one for a few years and felt I was not getting value for money, Wight fibre are expanding and were recommended so I decided why not, change over was so simple and set up of equipment was done a few weeks later and in a flash, would thoroughly recommend I am very pleased great service and quids in, thank you Wight Fibre.

Frustrating experience

Very good physical installation but left with only phone connected. Had to spend 42 minutes on the phone with customer service who were brilliant. Frustrating experience and not what I expected.

Nearly Full Marks

The signal always seems to drop in and out between 18:00 and 19:00hrs for some reason (and that is with a booster box in the same room)

A very connected community

Down here at Church on the Roundabout, we have nothing but praise for Wightfibre. With our community based activities, we are part of their connected communities programme meaning they sponsor our internet. They send Kristina down here once a month to our "Open House" to offer the public expert digital help and they also very generously sponsored a new bouncy castle for our community activity.

On time and very nice people

Two guys turned up right on time. They installed the service perfectly, they cleaned up after themselves, explained the service and how it worked. Very impressed with the entire process. Great staff.
