I accidentally ordered the wrong pieces and the customer support corrected it immediately. Kyle worked to get me a great price for what I did want. Now I have to see how delivery goes.

I purchased king bedroom Hooker furniture here. The furniture items first delivered were scratched, I refused the items. They did replaced them for me. But the items were still scratched from second delivery. I was tired of this and agreed to repair. The repaired area look fine, but when you touch the surface, the feeling actually is different from original paint. They just gave me a very small money for inconvenient fee, but no discount at all.I am very disappointed bout the whole purchase process.

I ordered a coffee table online from Grayson. Communications were good to advise when I could expect delivery. I love the text updates, and the fact that the online system was updated. The delivery team called ahead of delivery (as promised), and they arrived within the designated delivery window. They were in and out with the white glove delivery. I love the table, and I have no complaints. I'll definitely consider Grayson for future furniture purchases.
