I will not be purchasing another piece of furniture from Grayson. The freight service they use is terrible. I called their freight company about the delivery. No customer service...waited on hold for two hours and finally just sent an email. I received no response to my email. Once item was finally delivered, there was a broken wooden piece to the desk chair. My husband fixed it himself rather than deal with them. They totally wore us out. Lesson learned...never again.

A beautiful light but the color is not as silver as I’d like it’s more of a light gold silver. Overall it is a stunning light love it.

I saw a negative review remarking on Graysonliving's customer service, and felt the obligation to share my experience. After purchasing a very high end, stained nightstand I was confident in my purchase; the website was very clean and versatile. Within the hour (like 30-45 min) I received an email from an employee to verify my stain choice, as I had failed to include that in my order. Once figured out, I received my product a few days later. As you can see, Graysonliving gave me a very easy experience, even after I had made a mistake. They are quick and care about their customers. I will be back!

Easy online ordering. I received an update from the company for shipping and expected delivery. Everything is okay for now.
