Great company that lives up to their promise of a no fuss delivery. On time professional service. Highly recommend you shop with them.

Stay away. Shipping has taken so long I’m not sure I’ll ever receive the item I ordered. They do not allow returns or cancellations. And if, somehow, you can convince them to cancel the non-existing order - they try to keep 50% of the total price. Not good, do better for customers.

Easy ordering but my estimated shipping date did not come by email within 1-2 business days as promised. I called to receive help and my issue was resolved.

Pamela was great this was the most responsive Customer service I have experienced from an online furniture company. Felt personalized and not like a bot or call center. Will follow up once I actually receive the item
